The feud between the Bounty Killer and Mr. Vegas intensified, with Dexta Daps now joining the fray as he accused Vegas of belittling Bounty.
On Thursday, Mr. Vegas turned his attention to Dexta Daps, who called him a pejorative term for gay people. Mr. Vegas made several Instagram posts targeting Daps for dismissing him earlier in the day, calling him a “b-yman”. It’s unclear why Daps and Vegas stepped up, but fans online are linking it to Vegas’ onslaught on the Bounty Killer.
Mr. Vegas and the Bounty Killer have been feuding for months, but things have only gotten worse since the two have been using diss tracks to fight each other.
Bounty Killer first released a diss track for Vegas called “Di War is On Again” because he mocked Vegas’ lyrical skills as “karaoke”. In response, Vegas called Bunty a “pedophile boy,” claiming the artist had impregnated an underage girl years earlier without suffering consequences. Vegas also released a diss track of a Bounty song, “Yuh violated a child mi ago dig out yuh heart” and more.
The Bounty Killer also responded with another song on his Instagram, in which he appeared to call Vegas a “fish.”
“It doesn’t cost you to kill a moron, I kill for fun…especially when he washes his face with a bat,” the Bounty Killer says on the track, his laughter echoing in the background.
On Instagram, Bounty also wrote, “Killing a fassy just for fun would definitely take ntn unda Grung fi a poop worm.”
He added, “dis drag a send vn and msg bout him want mi and him to voice on di same riddims is him man dem fi go ride him riddim mi a kill him pon anything even a guitar.”
That’s when Dexta Daps appeared to join the fray under Bounty’s comment, “Noble gas report mi comment,” he wrote with a laughing emoji and a fish emoji.
He then tagged Mr Vegas, writing: “@mrvegas [fish emoji] cyah swim inna our wataz … YUH COULDA BAWL BLOOD YA DEAD … BUS HIM HEAD GENERAL,” he wrote.
Dexta Daps also uploaded a video targeting Mr Vegas.
“B****bcl**t dis, gay gas? I fi conflict gay gas? he said, kissing his teeth. “I want a dat deh war deh? Barty are you crazy? He added.
“Mind if I have two ah mi girl dem kill you enuh… because I’m sure dem girl me has more lyrics than you batty,” he said before apologizing for the derogatory term. “Never need me to call you because mi nuh doesn’t know anything about you,” he said, before laughing.
Dexta Daps also mocked Vegas, telling him he’s slept with more women than Vegas and his grandfather, adding that he’s sure “there’s not a single man who can call his name on Avery.”
Mr. Vegas also responded to Dexta Daps with several posts, including two incidents in which the artist appeared to develop a crush on two female fans who later turned out to be transgender.
“Trannie magnet? No one believes you! Stop it!” he captioned a photo of Dexta Daps looking at a fan’s ass.
Daps later deleted his video, leaving Mr. Vegas fans confused as they questioned why he was after Daps.
“Wi affi remind them, family! Bwoy is so bright! Mi nuh knew when he knew he was a transgender magnet, he thought she could make videos and style mi!” he wrote in a comment under the post.
“Mi a remind dem seh dem shakey,” he added in another comment.
