Mr. Bigge remains in the headlines as another woman comes forward to accuse “Sex and the City” actor Chris Noth of sexual assault.
Singer-songwriter Lisa Gentile claims she was sexually abused by Noth in 2002. At a news conference with her attorney, Gloria Allred, Gentile detailed the night she was hitchhiking home from Noth. The singer claims actor Chris Noth pulled her by force, kissed her and fondled her breasts when they arrived at her apartment.
She revealed that the actor threatened to ruin her career if she told anyone about it. Gentile first met Noth in 1998 at DaMarino’s restaurant in New York City, where he was a regular and close friend of the owner. She said they became acquaintances, talking mainly about music, show business and community.
It follows reports that Sarah Jessica Parker, Cynthia Nixon and Kristen Davis reported last week that they stood by women who have accused their co-star Chris Noth of sexual assault.
They all expressed “deep sadness” at hearing the allegations.
“We support women who have come forward and shared their painful experiences,” they said in a joint statement shared on their social media accounts. “We know this must be a very difficult thing to do and we applaud them for that.”
North has previously denied all other allegations.
