These new licenses are granted in . According to TMZ, reinstating maiden names and changes of status is normal behavior for attorneys.

Ye, formerly known as Kanye West, legally changed his name in October — a Los Angeles judge approved his name on a request filed in August 2021.
There is no official word if the judge grants Kim’s new request at press time.
