Roddy Ricch is the latest celebrity to fight back after the paparazzi crossed his personal line.Video allegedly taken on December 29 recently surfaced showing an unnamed paparazzi getting too close Box artist.
The video shared by The Hollywood Fix, which was filmed in West Hollywood, shows Roddy and two men (likely his security guard and a store clerk) trying to fit what appears to be a car seat into the artist’s black car. The person who originally recorded the film (an unnamed male) simply zoomed in on the three, then approached them and talked about what he thought of the artist in concert.
The security guard blocked the camera and told the person recording, “He’s doing something personal right now, he’s doing something for his family.”
The person appeared to back off before continuing to try to speak to the artist, with security repeatedly telling him to back off. The man continued recording, and Roddy approached him, told him to “turn it off,” and said he wanted to talk to him “like a man.” The man continued to object, and Roddy continued to ask him to turn off the camera, saying, “You come up to me…that’s real life, bro.”
The man stepped back and spoke to those off-camera, confirming it was indeed Roddy Ricch, but saying: “He [Roddy] But I’m in a bad mood. “
Roddy and his security guard drove away without incident.
A similar incident occurred earlier this year with rapper Kodak Black, citing the murder of PNB Rock a few days earlier by telling a person who filmed him in his private life to back off and stop recording. (The artist’s killer located him based on social media videos.)
It was unclear whose car seat belonged to it. Roddy has one child, a son, and baby mom Allie Minati.
