Michael B. Jordan and Lil Baby will debut saturday night live Host a late night comedy show this coming weekend.
saturday night live Announcing Lil Baby as the latest Hip Hop star to take to the show’s stage, the trailer released Thursday didn’t disappoint. A trailer for the upcoming episode, which airs on Jan. 28, was shared on Thursday night, showing Creed III director alongside Lil Baby and SNL cast member Heidi Gardner.
In the trailer, Gardner, who apparently didn’t notice Lil Baby, mistook him for a tiny baby when she tried to understand the rap name, and Michael B Jordan heard an awkward joke about Valentine’s Day. In one part of the trailer, Gardener introduces the quality control rapper with the announcer’s voice.
“Alaska is mine, Lil Baby,” Gardener says as the audio booms. The little one chimed in, “Alaska? I’m from Atlanta.”
Fans are also looking forward to the upcoming show, as they find Lil Baby’s facial reactions and demeanor to be so natural and hilarious.
“Why does the baby look so embarrassed,” one person said. “Lil Baby is fun without trying,” said another.
“Baby always looks out of place in front of the camera,” laughed another fan.
Lil Baby joins a growing list of rappers hosting Saturday Night Live this season (48).
Hosts in previous months have included Kendrick Lamar, Megan Jockey, Jack Harlow and Black Star.
Meanwhile, there are reports that the rapper will perform songs from his latest record, “It’s Only Me studio.”
As for Michael B. Jordan, here’s what fans can expect. Some questioned whether there would be a Lowry Harvey and Damson Idris joke, since his acting partner now appears to be romantically involved with Lowry. If not, SNL could be ruthless, as we saw Kim Kardashian lash out at everyone, including herself and her ex-husband Kanye West, when she appeared on the show over a year ago.
Michael B. Jordan may have been quiet about Lori’s latest dating prop, but he does have a lot to celebrate, with his directorial debut on Creed III coming March 3, 2023 held.
